There are certain locations outside of the US that we can ship to. Please see the list and details below information.
Q. Can I ship to Puerto Rico and Guam?
A. Yes, additional shipping rates my apply and delivery times may be extended
Q. Can I ship to an APO/FPO military address?
A. Yes, we ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses (some restrictions may apply). Orders must be shipped via United States Postal Service only and cannot be shipped via overnight or second day service.
No order tracking is available for APO/FPO and our standard estimated shipping times do not apply. Please expect your package to arrive in 2-4 weeks.
If you're placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address, enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field and choose the appropriate military state designation in the dropdown menu for "State." Then, enter the appropriate ZIP code and follow the steps to finalize your order. You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located.
Military State Designations:
- AA Armed Forces America (except U.S. and Canada)
- AE Armed Forces Europe (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
- AP Armed Forces Pacific
Here are properly addressed shipment examples:
Army/Air Post Office (APO)
|
Fleet Post Office (FPO)
|
Diplomatic Post Office (DPO)
|
TIP: All APO/FPO addresses are considered to be United States addresses, even if the recipient is currently stationed in another country. Packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate military mail hub within the US. From there, the military delivers the packages. Thus, you should choose "United States" from the Country menu for any military package.
