If you have not received your pin code within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
If it's not in your spam folder or it has been more than 10 minutes since you requested a pin:
- add no-reply@auth.appnotify.io to your Contacts for your email account;
- then go back to the app and request another PIN.
