I didn't get a PIN. How do I access the app?

If you have not received your pin code within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

If it's not in your spam folder or it has been more than 10 minutes since you requested a pin:

1. add [e-mail] to your Contacts for your email account;
2. then go back to the app and request another PIN.
