No, you cannot pause your Solvasa Life app subscription.
You can qualify for the monthly subscription fee waiver, however, if you meet the following requirements:
- Current Solvasa Connector: Maintain your Connector account status.
- Current VIP Customer: Made at least 1 product purchase in the last 90 days as of your monthly subscription renewal date.
If you are no longer interested in having access to the app, you may cancel your app subscription at anytime. Please email customercare@solvasabeauty.com to cancel your subscription.
Please note that if you are a VIP Customer, canceling your subscription will impact your VIP Customer membership.
