To sign in to the Solvasa Life app:
- Make sure that you are signing in from the app, not from your browser. This is how you can tell the difference:
For help with adding the app to your home screen, follow the instructions here: How do I add this app to my phone's home screen? - Enter the email address that you enrolled with on the Solvasa website.
If you are not a current Solvasa VIP Member or a Connector, you will get an error message indicating that the email address is invalid. - You'll be emailed a PIN to the email address that you entered.
--> If you have not received your pin code within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.
--> If it's not in your spam folder or it has been more than 10 minutes:
add no-reply@auth.appnotify.io to your Contacts for your email account then go back to the app and request another PIN.
If you are still having issues getting the PIN, please contact: appsupport@solvasabeauty.com - Enter the PIN code to access the app.
--> The PIN codes are only valid for 10 minutes. If it has been more than 10 minutes, request another PIN. Please see #2 above if you are getting your PIN too late. - Unless you log out or access the app from a different browser or device, you will not have to sign in again.
--> If you are asked to sign in again and you haven't logged out or access the app from a different browser or device, please check that you are signing in from the app, not from your browser (see step 1).
--> If you have been signing in from your browser, please close the browser tab(s) so you don't sign in from the browser. See step #5 on the How do I add this app to my phone's home screen? FAQ. It is also a good idea to clear your browser cache to prevent a potential issue of the signing in screen getting stuck. For iPhones, to clear your Safari browser cache: go to your phone's Settings >> scroll down on the screen to find Safari >> click on Safari then scroll down on that screen to 'Clear History and Website Data' >> click on the link and select the 'Clear History and Data' option on the prompt. This clears your browsing history and cookies, it will not, however, delete your passwords that you have saved on your phone.
