What is a Business Entity?

 Once enrolled, a Connector may apply to operate her or his Solvasa business as a business entity (i.e., a corporation, limited liability company or partnership). Connector may transfer his or her rights under this Agreement to a business entity by submitting a Business Entity Registration Form that will be reviewed and accepted by Solvasa. Owners of a business entity are jointly and severally liable for all obligations of the business entity under this Agreement.
