What if I do not receive my Solvasa Prepaid Visa Card?

Due to sensitive financial information; Solvasa does not have access to any PayQuicker accounts.  We cannot make any requests or take any actions on behalf of the account holder.

Please allow up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days for your card to arrive in the mail.  Some locations may require additional delivery time.  If after ten (10) business days you have not received your card.  If you have not received your card please contact PayQuicker for assistance.
