If you are not seeing a member of your team in your downline, depending on timing there could be a few reasons:
- Did she or he recently enroll? If yes, it could be possible that they mistakenly enrolled under the wrong person. Have them login to their account and confirm their sponsor. *Any sponsor changes/ corrections must be completed within 3 business days
- Did you notice this after a specific commission period? Review your earnings statement and qualification to ensure you met the necessary requirements to maintain your organization
- Did you notice this during a commission period? Confirm your Connector did not terminate hers or his Connector account
