How do I return an item?

Our promise to you: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return items within 60 days of your order date for a refund of the purchase price.  Solvasa monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.  

 Please note:  When returning items on which you received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Please include the packing slip that was in your original order with your return.  If you no longer have your packing slip, please download and print the Return Form and include with your return.
