With our recent transition to the new shopping site, your login experience might look a little different. If you are having trouble logging in to shop please review the steps below.
1) As a Connector or Customer; you have logged in to the new shopping experience previously but you are not seeing your Connector or VIP pricing, please follow the steps below.
Login to your account by clicking on the person icon in the upper as indicated in the red circle
Next, follow the steps to login to your account
2) As a Connector or Customer; you have NOT logged in to the new shopping experience previously.
If you have not logged into the new shopping experience, you will first need to reset your password by clicking the link in the banner at the top of the page. You will then receive an email to activate your account on the new site.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes please check your junk folders. GMAIL users may find it in the "Promotion" folder.
